Developing Compassion for ourselves and others has been shown to have very real benefits for our physical and psychological wellbeing. This course shows you how to develop this along with other positive emotions. These include, but are not limited to, courage, wisdom and optimism.
We we use a mixture of evidence based psychology along with improvisation & acting techniques. No previous experience in acting or improvisation is required.
